Dom-Bud Szaflarski is going to build multi-family complex

Dom-Bud Marek Szaflarski is commencing construction of a multi-family residential complex at 16e Meiera Street in Kraków. The enterprise, designed by Perspektywa, is going to entail the construction of a 11-story, five-staircase building with 150 flats sized 34-74 sqm each. The first stage of the investment (three staircases) is scheduled to be put to use in the 4th quarter of 2022. ■
