Dom Development will build a housing estate with 1,300 units.

Dom Development is starting the first phase of the "Mokotów Sportowy" housing estate in Warsaw, located on Antoniewska Street. In this phase of the investment, by the first quarter of 2026, three buildings will be constructed, accommodating a total of 155 apartments. The project was designed by the GCK Architekci office. The investor plans to eventually develop a complex in this location comprising a total of 1,300 units. It is worth noting that in November 2022, we reported on Dom Development's plans to build a complex named "Osiedle Olimpijskie" on Antoniewska Street, which is to include over 1,100 apartments, based on documentation by GCK Architekci.
