Doraco and Cordia are among companies interested in building "Nowy Port" complex, worth 900 million PLN

Doraco Investment, Cordia Development, Multibud Investment/Dekpol Development, and the consortium established by Develia and NP11 have applied for admission to negotiations, concerning construction of the "Nowy Port 2030+" enterprise in Gdańsk in the public-private partnership system. Let us recall that the project, worth approx. 900 million PLN, will comprise service-residential, sports-recreation, and tourist (Szaniec Zachodni recreational park with historical features, construction of swimming pool in the area of Krasickiego and Gałczyńskiego streets), and social investments (construction of public daycare on Mylna Street), as well as modernization of Wyzwolenia Street. The contract with the chosen contractor will remain valid for 180 months. ■
