KB Doraco wants to redevelop BGK office building in Warsaw for nearly 480 million PLN

Korporacja Budowlana Doraco (479.5 million PLN, against the budget of 358.9 million PLN gross), Climamedic/EBS Bud (620 million PLN), and Mirbud (731.6 million PLN) submitted offers in a tender procedure, issued by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) in collaboration with the Pieróg&Partnerzy law firm, concerning the general contractorship of modernization and redevelopment of an office building on 7 Aleje Jerozolimskie Street in Warsaw, at the intersection with Nowy Świat Street. The works, based on a design developed by JEMS Architekci, will be carried out in a 7-story building (plus two underground levels) with a total area of 25,500 sqm (usable area of 13,600 sqm) and a cubature of 118,900 metters3. The investment is to take 28 months (2 years and 4 months). ■
