Doraco will erect Ibis hotel with 214 rooms in Warsaw-Włochy

Korporacja Budowlana Doraco is the general contractor of the Ibis Styles hotel on Świerszcza Street in Warsaw-Włochy, near the Warszawa Ursus train station. The enterprise will entail the construction of a 6-story building with a total area of 14,800 sqm, with 214 rooms, restaurant premises, a conference room zone and fitness facilities. The complex will also include a two-level underground parking garage for 140 vehicles. The complex is to be managed by Orbis Group. The investor of the enterprise, which is scheduled to be finalized in May 2019, is Hotel Style, a member of the WB Finance Group which is currently building the "Bunscha Park" residential complex in Kraków. ■
