Doraco-PBG consortium will carry out for 365 million PLN a sports complex in Szczecin

The offer submitted by the consortium of Korporacja Budowlana Doraco and PBG (50% shares each), with a price of 365 million PLN gross, was the only one in a repeated tender procedure concerning the contracting of the Children and Youth Training Center on Twardowskiego Street in Szczecin, along with the extension of the Florian Krygier Municipal Stadium on Karłowicza Street, used by the "Pogoń" club. On January 25, the offer was accepted ("deemed the most advantageous") by the investor, communal company Inwestycje Miejskie Stadion. The enterprise, designed by the local Dedeco workshop, is to be carried out over a period of 3 years from signing the contract. ■
