Korporacja Budowlana Doraco has offered the lowest price (281 million PLN gross) in a tender concerning the construction of a ferry terminal at Port of Gdynia. A passenger building with a usable area of 5,500 sqm and a cubature of 30,300 meters3, a warehouse (1,100 sqm, 7,500 meters3), as well as storage and maneuver sites and parking lots with a total area of 62,000 sqm are going to be carried out according to documentation prepared by Bilfinger Tebodin. The investment is also going to include revitalization of the railway line at the complex and modernization of 390m of Polish Quay and 208m of Finnish Quay, which will allow for receiving passenger ferries with a length of up to 245 meters. The investment is to take 28 months.
The other bidders in the tender were the companies: NDI (310 million PLN), IDS-Bud (317 million PLN), Budimax (321 million PLN), Stump-Hydrobudowa (323 million PLN), Strabag (331 million PLN) and Warbud (356 million PLN). ■
