Doraco will build "The Elements Resort" in Dźwirzyno

Korporacja Budowlana Doraco (KB Doraco) has been selected as the main contractor for the "The Elements Resort" aparthotel complex, which will be developed by Peninsula Property in Dźwirzyno, near Kołobrzeg (West Pomeranian Voivodeship). As part of this project, a building with a total area of 36,000 m² and a volume exceeding 140,000 m³ will be constructed on Wyzwolenia Street. The complex will feature 351 apartments ranging from 27 to 106 m², as well as a SPA & wellness area with a swimming pool, a 300 m² conference space, restaurants, and a year-round ice rink. The completion of the project is scheduled for 2028. The architectural partners for the investment are RDZ Architekten Jacek Sudak and Tremend (interiors), while the operator of the facility will be Peninsula Hotel Management. The financing of the project is provided by IBI Investment House Polska, and the earthworks were carried out by Keller Polska.
