Doraco will carry out "Film and Television Collectibles"

Offers have recently been opened in the tender procedure, issued by the Polish Television (TVP – Telewizja Polska). The plans concern construction of a building for the "Film and Television Collectibles" permanent exhibition at the Main Facility on 17 Woronicza Street in Warsaw. The offer submitted by Korporacja Budowlana Doraco (25.44 million PLN) has been deemed the most advantageous. The other candidates for the contract are: Zab-Bud (28.91 million PLN) and Przedsiębiorstwo KJS – Krzysztof Szurgot (86.53 million PLN).
The investment will entail the construction of a building with a total area of 1,000 sqm and a cubature of 6,500 meters3. The order, based on a functional and usability program developed by PIG Architekci, is to be carried out over the period of 24 months. Let us recall that in the first half of January of this year, construction started on the TVP film studio on Woronicza Street in Warsaw, which is to be put to use in 2024. The tender procedure for the general contractorship of the investment was won by Korporacja Budowlana Doraco, with the price of 150 million PLN. The building has been designed by PIG Architekci. Doraco is also going to carry out the new building of the Television Information Agency (TAI). The offer is worth 606 million PLN. ■
