Doryb is going to build hotel complex in Giżycko

Doryb Piotr Basiewicz company has won a municipal tender procedure, concerning perpetual usufruct of a property in the area of Moniuszki Street in Giżycko (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). Within the period of three years, the company should begin construction of a hotel complex. According to preliminary concepts, the investment is going to entail the construction of buildings with an area of over 42,000 sqm, with over 400 rooms, a restaurant, conference rooms, spa, swimming pool, two-level parking garage, and viewing balconies. ■
