City of Poznań is seeking contractor for Nursing Home no. 1 (DPS-1) with area of 6,000 sqm

Poznańskie Inwestycje Miejskie (Poznań Municipal Investments) has issued a tender procedure concerning the general contracting of the new seat of Nursing Home No. 1 (Dom Pomocy Społecznej nr 1, DPS-1) on Żołnierzy Wyklętych Street in the Strzeszyn district of Poznań. The enterprise, the main architect of which is Krzysztof Janus from the Archimedia workshop, is going to entail construction of a 2-story building with a usable area of 6,100 sqm and a cubature of 22,700 meters³, and is designed for 100 residents. Bids with a deposit of 900,000 PLN will be collected through July 31. The investment is going to be carried out by the end of November 2021. ■
