Ebs Bud wants to build teaching facility

Ebs Bud (88.9 million PLN gross), Erbud (96.3 million PLN), and Budopol-Poznań (105 million PLN) have taken part in a tender procedure, issued by the Music Schools Complex (ZSM) in Poznań, concerning the general contractorship of an educational building in the area of 28 Czerwca 1956 r. and św. Jerzego streets. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with usable area of 9,700 sqm and a cubature of 52,500 meters³, with an underground parking garage for 54 vehicles. Design of the investment has been developed by Piw Paw Architekci. The order is to be carried out over the period of 40 months (3 years and 4 months). ■
