EBS offered to adapt tenement house for PLN 90 M

EBS Bud (89.7 million PLN gross), Strabag (89.9 million PLN), and Doraco (98.7 million PLN) have taken part in the tender procedure, issued by PWM Edition (Polskie Wydawnictwo Muzyczne), concerning extension and modernization of a tenement house on 8 Fredry Street in Warsaw. The planned investment will be carried out in a building with usable area of approx. 3,200 sqm and a cubature of 20,100 meters³. The order is to be carried out over the period of 16 months (1 year and 4 months). Let us recall that in PREM 913, we reported that AMC Andrzej M. Chołdzyński has won an architectural contest, concerning the development of architectural concept for the enterprise. ■
