Echo and AFI granted building permit for AFI Tower in Warsaw

Echo Investment and AFI Europe have obtained a building permit for the development of the "AFI Tower" office building in Warsaw. The project will be located at the intersection of Towarowa and Pańska streets, as part of the "Towarowa 22" complex. Plans include the construction of a 150-meter tower and an 85-meter podium, with a total office area of 50,000 m². The architectural documentation was prepared by JEMS Architekci, while the landscaping design was developed by RS Architektura Krajobrazu. Once completed, the "Towarowa 22" complex will offer more than 200,000 m² of space. Earlier, in September last year, it was announced that Gleeds Polska would be involved in the development of the "Office House" office building (31,000 m²), providing quality and construction supervision, cost management, and coordination of the BREEAM certification process.
