Echo Investment is preparing office complex in collaboration with Kuryłowicz&Associates

At the end of December, a subsidiary of Echo Investment applied for a construction permit for an office-conference-service complex on Swobodna Street in Wrocław. The investment's architectural partner is Kuryłowicz & Associates. Let us recall that the enterprise is to entail the construction of a complex with a lease area of 44,500 sqm. The project will be carried out on a lot with an area of 0.8 ha, purchased from Orbis for 44 million PLN net. ■
