Echo Investment plans an investment in central Warsaw

In December 2025, Echo Investment acquired the Pekao Tower office building at 53/57 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw from Bank Pekao. The parties did not disclose the value of the transaction; it is only known that the property had been offered for approximately PLN 86 million. Completed in 1993, the building has around 21,000 m² of usable floor space and is located on a 2,500 m² plot near the Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ metro stations. In January this year, Echo Investment applied for a demolition permit. The scope of the new project has not yet been disclosed; unofficial reports indicate that the company may develop a complex with office, service, and residential functions at this location, with a height of up to approximately 100 m.
