
In September, a subsidiary of Echo Investment applied for a construction permit for an office-service building on Pańska Street in Warsaw. The investment's architectural partner is JEMS Architekci (Maciej Rydz). Let us recall that the enterprise, to be carried out on a property adjoining the former CH Jupiter shopping center, is going to entail the construction of a building with a development area of 4,200 sqm, usable area of office and service premises of 32,000 sqm, with a two-level parking garage for 200 cars (approx. 7,000 sqm). Echo Investment is preparing the "Towarowa 22" multi-functional project in this area, concerning the construction of a complex with a total usable area of approx. 230,000 sqm, where the commercial section will take up approx. 110,000 sqm, offices – over 57,000 sqm, hotel – approx. 23,000 sqm, apartments for sale and for rent – nearly 37,000 sqm. We have reported that AFI Europe is going to be the partner for the commercial section. Concept guidelines for the investment have been developed by BIG – Biarke Ingels Group, and Kuryłowicz & Associates also collaborated on the planning stage. ■
