Echo Investment purchases property in Katowice for construction of office building with lease area of 22,000 sqm

Echo Investment purchased the property of the former PKS bus station in the area of Piotra Skargi, Sokolska and Słowackiego streets in Katowice. Once the existing buildings are demolished, the lot with an area of 3,700 sqm is to be used for the construction of an office building with a lease area of approx. 22,000 sqm. As we have reported, GC Investment and DAK (whose shareholders include UML Development) previously had plans for the development of the lot. ■
