EDS to begin construction of shopping center

EDS Retail Park, a dependent company of EDS Venture, is the investor, while EDS FTW is the general contractor, of a retail park on Kopernika Street in Opatów (Świętokrzyskie Province), near the Biedronka supermarket. The enterprise, whose tenants are going to be the Pepco and Rossmann chains, will consist of the construction of a complex with a lease area of 1,300 sqm. Documentation of the investment was prepared by Jasińska-Malec Architekci workshop. ■
