Eiffage is going to build office-industrial complex

Ferrero Polska has entrusted Eiffage Polska Budownictwo with a contract for the extension of a production complex in Belsk Duży near Grójec (Mazowieckie Province). The enterprise, based on a design developed by Blezat, is going to entail the construction of a 3-story office building with usable area of 3,400 sqm and a cubature of 17,600 meters³ by the end of June 2021. Meanwhile, construction of a warehouse (3,800 sqm, 35,600 meters³), designed by WG Studio from Radom, is to be finalized by the end of next May. ■
