Eiffage is going to build office-retail complex

Eiffage Polska Budownictwo has been chosen as the contractor of ground works and the shell of the "DL Center Point II Katowice" complex, which DL Invest is going to build in the area of Wrocławska Street and Roździeńskiego Avenue in Katowice. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction, by the end of the first quarter of 2020, of an outlet with a usable area of 17,200 sqm and a lease area of 15,000 sqm, including approx. 12,000 sqm to be used for offices and 3,000 sqm for retail and services. There are also going to be 400 parking spaces.
The project of the investment was prepared, according to our information from June of this year, by Ostrowscy Architekci. Let us recall that in PREM we have informed about DL Invest Conducting preparations for developing an over 1.5-ha property purchased by Layetana Development. ■
