Eiffage will build an office building in Kraków

Eiffage Polska Budownictwo is acting as the general contractor for an office building that Soneta is developing in Kraków, in the area of Kapelanka, Brożka, and Grota-Roweckiego streets. The investment involves the construction of a building with a rental area of approximately 8,700 m², equipped with an underground garage offering 130 parking spaces. The completion of the works is scheduled for July next year. The architectural design was prepared by Kałuża Architekci. ■
