Eiffage will carry out production complex in Jawor

The consortium of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo/EQOS Energie Polska/GK-Elektro has acquired a contract worth over 300 million PLN, concerning construction of the next stage of the Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland factory in Jawor (Dolnośląskie Province). Design of the enterprise has been prepared by Aecom Polska. The order pertains to the construction of a production hall with a two-story office and a social section, with a total area of approx. 48,300 sqm, gatehouse, and truck gatehouse. The works are to be finalized between February and June 2019. Let us recall that in February of this year we reported that TKT Engineering and Elektromontaż-Poznań are Strabag's partners during the construction of the 1st stage of the complex on Cukrownicza Street, which is to consist of a hall (96,000 sqm) and an office building (1,900 sqm). The value of the works has been established at nearly 255 million PLN net. The company is eventually planning to carry out a complex of buildings with an area of 200,000 sqm. ■
