ELI will construct, in cooperation with Panattoni, warehouse complex with area of 35,500 sqm in Wrocław

European Logistics Investment (ELI) has purchased two warehouses with area of 9,500 sqm in total, located in 55 Bierutowska Street in Wrocław. The company plans, in cooperation with Panattoni, to expand the complex on 13 hectares by 35,500 sqm, up to 45,000 sqm. The current tenants are FedEx Express, Topus and DHL. City Logistics Wrocław North will be erected in stages, covering three buildings. The representatives of the investor didn't reveal to us the author of the architectural design. ■
