Elstan commences construction of a warehouse-service outlet with cubature of approx. 18,000 meters³ in Szczecin

Elstan commenced, as the investor, construction works on Pomorska Street in Szczecin. The enterprise is going to entail a sales building with service, servicing and warehouse sections, with area of ca. 2,200 sqm and a cubature of approx. 18,000 meters³. Design works have been carried out by the Rozwarski i Spławski Architekci workshop. The works are being carried out without a general contractor. ■
