Elte GPS has entrusted Nowbud with contracting of office building

Nowbud has been chosen as the general contractor of an office-service outlet on Medyczna Street in Krakow, near the University Hospital and the dormitories of the Jagiellonian University. The enterprise, financed by Elte GPS, is going to consist of the construction of a 4-story building with a lease area of 10,500 sqm. Documentation of the investment was prepared by the Architektura & Consulting Workshop. ■
