Ferchmin Equity is gpoing to realize a student depot with app. 100 rooms in POznań

At the end of last year, Enklawa Malta, a subsidiary of Ferchmin Equity, obtained a construction permit for a student hotel, based on an abandoned building of the Applied Arts College (Wyższa Szkoła Sztuk Stosowanych) on Krańcowa Street in Poznań. The enterprise is going to entail revitalization, modernization and repurposing the building, putting to use approx. 100 rooms. Architectural guidelines have been carried out by Alfa Projekt Marcin Wydorski. ■
