EPB is going to build residential complex in Warsaw

The representatives of Echo Investment have entrusted Eiffage Polska Budownictwo (EPB) with a contract for the general contractorship of two multi-family buildings (B and C) at the "Browary Warszawskie" complex in the area of Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodnia and Krochmalna streets in Warsaw. The contract, worth nearly 79 million PLN net, concerns the construction of 287 flats. The works should be finalized in the second quarter of 2020. We have informed in PREM that the whole property (approx. 4.4 ha) of Browary Warszawskie (the Warsaw Brewery) was purchased by Echo in 2014. The developer was planning to develop the property, in stages, with residential and office buildings with a total area of approx. 100,000 sqm. JEMS Architekci is designing the investment, the cost of which has been estimated at 1 billion PLN. This year in October, we unofficially reported that Fabet has been hired to work on the shell structure of the "Biura przy Bramie" building with an area of approx. 18,000 sqm. ■
