EPR Architects is designing hotel complex

Following an application from entrepreneur Stanisław Han, owner of Hasco group, Kołobrzeg Commune Council has approved the amended spatial development conditions for a lot located on 17 Wyzwolenia Street in Dźwirzyno (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The decision concerned 2.4 ha of land, where the investor is planning to build a hotel with a recreation-rehabilitation section, with the height of up to 35 m. The complex, designed by the Wrocław branch of EPR Architects (Maciej Dębski), is going to utilize underground thermal springs. The enterprise is to be carried out by 2024. ■
