Equilis is preparing shopping center in Andrychów

Equilis Polska is a partner of Acteeum Group during preparations for the construction of the "Galeria Andrychów" shopping-service center in the area of Biała Droga, Krakowska and Przemysłowa streets in Andrychów (Małopolskie Province). The enterprise, to be completed by mid-2020, is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a lease area of 26,000 sqm. Let us recall that according to unofficial information, Dekra is engaged in the enterprise. The locations of a retail park (16,300 sqm), a DIY superstore (9,500 sqm) and a fast food bar (400 sqm) are planned as part of the enterprise. Design assumptions were prepared by the NC Architekci workshop, and the partner was Dewu Property. Acteeum and Equilis are currently taking part in, among others, the construction of "Galeria Chełm" in Chełm (Lubelskie Province), in the area of Rejowiecka and Lubelska streets. ■
