Erbud became a contractor, for 40 million PLN, of 1st stage of „Akademik Foxtrot” dorm in Warsaw with usable area of ca. 20,000 sqm

On April 25, Erbud signed a contract worth 39.5 million PLN net with Student Depot Foxtrot, company associated with Griffin Real Estate, concerning the general contractorship of the first stage of "Akademik Foxtrot" student residence on 37 Woronicza Street in Warsaw. The works are to commence on May 2 and should take until September 15 of next year. The investment, designed by 22Architekci, is going to entail construction of an 8-story building without a basement, with eventual usable area of over 19,900 sqm (cubature of 53,800 meters³ net), out of which over 14,300 sqm will be taken up by 898 repeating single rooms with bathrooms and kitchenettes. There are going to be 155 parking spaces outside the building. ■
