Erbud will carry out “Fuzja II” building with 240 flats in Łódź for Echo Investment for app. 54 million PLN

On December 2, Erbud announced that Elektrownia RE, a subsidiary of Echo Investment, has chosen their offer with a price of approx. 53.8 million PLN gross concerning the general contracting of the "Fuzja II" residential building in the area of Tymienieckiego and Milionowa streets in Łódź. The 6-story building is going to have 240 flats with a usable area between approx. 34.7 sqm and 178.9 sqm. The works are scheduled to be finalized in mid-2022. ■
