Erbud is going to build first stage of "Port Popowice" complex in Wrocław for 114.5 mln PLN

Erbud signed a contract with a dependent company of Vantage Development, for the design and construction of the first stage of the "Port Popowice" complex in the area of Wejherowska and Białowiejska streets in Wrocław. The value of the contract is 114.5 mln PLN. The enterprise, to be built in two stages by April 2021, is going to consist of the construction of 415 apartment units.
Let us recall that in April of this year we informed about APA Wojciechowski and Majewski Architektura winning the contest for the project of the "Port Popowice" complex in Wrocław. The investment, conducted in collaboration with Vantage Development and Rank Progress, pertains to the development of a property with an area of approx. 14 ha, where a complex with over 2,400 apartment units is going to be built, as well as an office center with an area of 14,500 sqm. ■
