Erbud is going to build teaching center in Szczecin

Erbud has submitted the lowest bid, worth 91.3 mln PLN gross, in the tender procedure organized by the City Council of Szczecin for the general contractorship of Morskie Centrum Nauki (Maritime Science Center) in Szczecin-Łasztownia on the Starówka Embankment. The other bidders are: Budimex (106.2 mln PLN), Multi Projekt (106.7 mln PLN) and Mirbud (114 mln PLN) with a budget of 66 mln PLN. An outlet with a usable area of 7,700 sqm and a cubature of 50,300 meters³ has been planned on the basis of documentation prepared by the Płaskowicki&Partnerzy workshop. The investment is going to be put to use within 20 months. ■
