Erbud is going to carry out of "Silesia Outlet" shopping center in Gliwice

On December 8, Erbud signed a contract with a dependent company of 6B47 Poland for the general contractorship of the first stage of the "Silesia Outlet" shopping center in Gliwice (Śląskie Province), on a lot located next to the Gliwice-Bojków A4 highway junction, near the Auchan and Leroy Merlin superstores. The value of the contract is established for over 57.6 mln PLN. The works are scheduled to take place between December 28 2017 and March 29 2019. Let us recall that in September 2016 we informed about preparations for the construction of a complex with a lease area of approx. 20,000 sqm, with 120 stores and parking lots for 950 vehicles. The project of the outlet was prepared by the IMB Asymetria workshop, and BOIG The Blue Ocean Investment Group is dealing with commercialization. ■
