Erbud will erect for Vantage and Rank Progress for70 million PLN net an office bulding with lease area of 13,000 sqm in Wrocław

On September 2, Erbud acquired a contract from Biznes Port, a company owned by Vantage Development (65% of shares) and Rank Progress (35%) concerning the general contracting of an office building, which will be located in the area of Wejherowska and Białowieska streets in Wrocław as part of the "Port Popowice" complex. The value of the contract has been established at approx. 70.8 million PLN net. The works are to take 70 weeks (approx. 16 months). As we have reported, a year ago, Warsaw based architectural office WXCA won the contest concerning the designing of the seven-story building with a lease area of 13,000 sqm. Erbud is also the contractor of the residential section of "Port Popowice". 415 flats had previously been put to use, and the second stage, for 388 families, is currently being built. ■
