Erbud is going to build hotel complex in Karpacz for Sanssouci Karpacz for nearly 40 million PLN

Erbud has acquired a contract worth 38.5 million PLN net from Sanssouci Karpacz concerning modernization and extension of a hotel complex at 35 Karkonoska Street in Karpacz (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail revitalization of the former Hotel Sanssouci and extending it with a new wing. Once completed, the complex will offer 109 five-star apartments, along with recreation facilities. The works should be finalized by December 31, 2022. The owner of the complex is Artur Kozieja, president of Europlan Group, which is going to be the developer. Architect Robert Futerhendler is responsible for designing "Resort Vital & Spa Sanssouci", and the interior design concept has been developed by AB Concept Design. ■
