Erbud to build a residential estate in Poznań for PLN 174.8 million

Poznańskie Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego has selected the contractor for a multi-family residential development at Żelazna Street in Poznań. The most advantageous bid, amounting to PLN 174.8 million gross, was submitted by Erbud. Other bidders included Budimex (PLN 175.4 million), Agrobex (PLN 186 million), FineTech Construction (PLN 186.9 million), Zab-Bud (PLN 191.4 million) and Pekabex Bet (PLN 193.3 million). The completion deadline has been set for June 30, 2028. The project will be delivered on a 4.5-hectare site and includes the construction of twelve multi-family residential buildings with more than 500 apartments, as well as two multi-storey parking garages. The total usable floor area of the residential units will amount to at least 22,200 sqm. The design was prepared by 22Architekci.
