
Erbud has signed a contract for the general contracting of the Moja Oszmiańska residential project, planned at ul. Świdnicka, at the junction with ul. Oszmiańska, in Warsaw's Targówek district. The client for the contract, worth PLN 51.6 million net, is Malory Investments, a company affiliated with Grupo Lar Holding Polonia. The project is being developed by Grupo Lar Polska in cooperation with Lithuanian investor Hanner. The building, with a usable area of approx. 8,700 m², will comprise 158 residential units, ground-floor retail and service premises, a multi-space underground garage, and outdoor parking spaces for people with disabilities. The general contractor was selected through a multi-stage process covering technical and financial criteria as well as ESG standards. As Emil Gietka of Grupo Lar Polska emphasized, the investors wanted to choose a partner that "shares our building philosophy based on functionality, the highest quality of execution, and business responsibility". The contract will be completed within 18 months of signing, which means that the works are expected to finish in the second half of 2027. The financial terms provide for a 30-day payment period, while the contractual securities correspond to market standards. The design documentation was prepared by Bojakowska Niedbała Architekci. The project will be implemented with energy-efficient solutions and as part of the BREEAM certification process.
