Erbud wants to finish construction of school complex

Erbud (62.7 million PLN gross), Adamietz (70.5 million PLN), and Calbud (78.9 million PLN) have taken part in a tender procedure, with the budget established at 72 million PLN, issued by the Szczecin Municipality, concerning the finishing of construction of a primary school in the area of Podbórzańska and Kredowa streets. The complex with usable area of 12,300 sqm, designed for 1,000 children, including 44 classrooms, two playrooms, a sports hall sized 22x44 m with the height of 11 m, with seats for 200 spectators, is going to be carried out according to a design developed by Pas Projekt. The order is to be carried out over the period of 18 months (1.5 years). Let us recall that originally, the general contractor of the investment was Polaqua, the contract with whom was terminated. ■
