Erbud will carry out AWF administrative building in Warsaw

The offer submitted by Erbud (50.3 million PLN) has been chosen, as the most advantageous one, in the tender procedure, issued by the J. Piłsudski University of Physical Education (AWF), concerning the general contractorship of an administrative-office building with a cubature of 28,000 meters3 on Marymoncka Street in Warsaw. Let us recall that the other candidates for the contract were: Mota-Engil Central Europe (49.4 million PLN gross, rejected), Zab-Bud (51.9 million PLN), NDI (52.9 million PLN), Budimex (55.57 million PLN, rejected), Baudziedzic (55.6 million PLN, rejected), and Budimpol (55.9 million PLN, rejected). The budget of the enterprise has been established at 48.8 million PLN. The building, designed by Halina Kostrzewa Usługi Projektowo-Architektoniczne, is to be put to use within the period of 24 months. ■
