Erbud will carry out building with approx. 130 flats

YIT Development has entrusted Erbud with the contracting of the "Dom Mehoffera" multi-family residential building at the intersection of Mehoffera and Światowida streets in Warsaw-Białołęka. The value of the contract has been established at over 37.9 million PLN net. The works are to be finalized by July 2021. Let us recall that in September 2019, we reported that YIT had purchased a lot assigned for the construction of a 13-story building with 129 flats with usable area of 6,600 sqm, and with two service units (1,300 sqm). The underground section is going to be taken up by a parking garage with 179 parking spaces. The design of the enterprise has been prepared by Brit Plan. ■
