Esembla Group will build "Nova Lipova" multi-family residential complex with 113 flats in Łódź

Esembla Group, as the investor and contractor, has commenced construction of the "Nova Lipova" multi-family residential complex on Lipowa Street in Łódź. The enterprise will entail the construction of two 5-story buildings with a total of 113 flats with areas of 36-87 sqm each. The investment, designed by Pracownia Architektury De Nova Ewa Dąbrowska, is to be put to use in the 4th quarter of 2018. ■
