Expert Budownictwo will build retail-service outlet with lease area of 4,300 sqm in Zamość for EPP

Expert Budownictwo is commencing works on the construction of a retail-service park on Przemysłowa Street in Zamość (Lubelskie Province) for EPP Retail Twierdza, subsidiary of Echo Polska Properties. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a cubature of nearly 25,000 meters³ and 4,300 sqm of retail space in the vicinity of the "Galeria Twierdza" center. Design works were carried out by architect Tomasz Bal from Innebo. Let us recall that in July 2017, we reported that Echo Properties purchased the "Galeria Twierdza" shopping center with an area of 23,800 sqm from Blackstone. ■
