Fabet will carry out shell structure of office complex with area of 43,000 sqm in Kraków

Fabet Konstrukcje has been chosen as the contractor of shell structure of the Brain Park office complex on Pokoju Avenue in Kraków. Let us recall that Echo Investment's enterprise, which is being carried out without a general contractor, is going to entail the construction of a complex with a lease area of approx. 43,000 sqm. The design has been developed by DDJM, and investor's supervision is being conducted by Expertnadzory. The first stage of the works should be finalized by the 3rd quarter of 2022. ■
