Fabet is carrying out works on construction of 400 micro-apartments in Warsaw for Robyg

Fabet Konstrukcje is carrying out the shell structure of a complex of micro-apartments (Modern Space), which Robyg is building as part of the "City Sfera" residential complex on Wiktoryn Street in Warsaw. The investment concerns two buildings (R and S) with 402 units in total. The general contractor is Robyg Construction, and the design has been developed by GIS Architekci. The works will take until mid-2021.
Let us recall that in October 2018, we reported that Robyg had been planning construction of a complex with approx. 1,000 flats in the area of Budki Szczęśliwickie, Naukowa, and Wiktoryn streets. ■
