Spot Rec Management is obtaining administrative permits for the construction of the "Fabryczna Office 22" office building on Fabryczna Street in the Wilda district of Poznań. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a 4-story building with a usable area of 3,500 sqm. Documentation of the investment has been prepared by Geopol. The schedule of the works has not been established at this time. ■
