ARP is seeking architect for office complex with total area of approx. 30,000 sqm in Radom

The Industrial Development Agency (ARP – Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu) has issued a tender procedure concerning development of documentation for an office complex, planned on a nearly 1.8-hectare property in the area of 1905 Roku, Biznesowa and Przemysłowa streets in Radom (Mazowieckie Province). As we previously reported, the buildings of the former Łucznik Arms Factory are going to be revitalized according to a concept prepared by Grafit Architekci. The complex, with a total area of 29,400 sqm, is going to include over 14,000 sqm of office space, 4,000 sqm of retail-service premises and two courtyards (1,800 sqm each) are also going to undergo development. Bids with a deposit of 40,000 PLN will be collected through July 12. The design is to be prepared over a period of 285 days, and the investment is scheduled to be put to use in the 1st quarter of 2022. ■
