2PM is supervising construction, by WSRE and Cain, of office center with area of 13,000 sqm in Warsaw

2PM is conducting investor's supervision on the construction of the Fabryka PZO-Office office center on Grochowska Street in Warsaw, which is being carried out by White Star Real Estate and Cain International. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned this year in June, is going to entail revitalization of the existing buildings and eventually putting to use approx. 13,000 sqm of office space. The project constitutes a part of the Fabryka PZO investment, which also includes the construction of a multi-family residential complex (also supervised by 2PM). The contractor of the construction works is Consteel. Let us recall that in June 2018, we reported that entities from the White Star Real Estate group (WSRE) had purchased properties of the former PZO factory in the area of Grochowska Street, and in August of last year, we wrote that WSRE had collaborated with Grupa Projektowa Konkret on developing guidelines for a multi-functional complex with shopping-service premises and 121 flats. ■
