Factory Group is going to build residential complex

GT Factory Group is preparing construction of the Apartamenty Zagajnikowa multi-family residential complex on Zagajnikowa Street in Łódź. Two 6-story buildings with a total of over 150 flats sized 25-70 sqm each and with an underground parking garage for 60 cars are going to be carried out on a lot with an area of 0.6 ha. The investment, designed by the Kiwiarchitektura workshop, is going to be finalized next year in December. ■
